ECO P.E.I. is calling on the provincial government to pass anti-SLAPP legislation, protecting public participation and free speech. This law would stop lawsuits aimed at silencing people on important issues, already in place in Ontario and B.C.  MLAs are showing support, recognizing the need to defend free expression and public interest.
